1. Service operator
Vash VPN is operated by individual entrepreneur Alexey Vladimirovich Shcherbak, Russian taxpayer number 230911369037, registration number 325237500297787 (“Operator”). The Russian public offer is the governing version where required by applicable law.
2. Service
The Operator provides time-limited access to an encrypted-connection service for supported devices. Delivery is electronic. A family group may contain up to three accounts and five devices in total.
3. Prices
Purchases are one-time Telegram Stars payments. Automatic renewal is not used.
4. Activation
Telegram displays the invoice and confirms payment. Access is activated only after the bot receives a successful-payment event. A linked account is extended automatically; otherwise the bot issues a one-time activation code.
5. Acceptable use
Users must comply with applicable law and must not use the service for attacks, spam, fraud, infringement, unauthorized access or other unlawful conduct. The Operator may limit access to protect infrastructure or respond to a material violation.
6. Availability
Performance depends on the user's device, network provider, routing and server load. Maintenance and failures may temporarily reduce availability. The status page and support are provided for diagnosis and incident communication.
